When safety is at immediate risk
If you are worried you might hurt yourself or someone else, or if you cannot stay safe where you are, go to the nearest emergency department or call 911. Emergency departments exist for moments when waiting for an appointment is not enough.
If you are a current client
Follow the after-hours instructions in your informed consent paperwork. That document explains how to reach appropriate support between scheduled sessions.
