Overthinking and rumination
You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, or wait for certainty that never quite arrives.
Therapy for adults · California
Therapy can help you feel steadier in your choices, your relationships, and the way you respond when something feels off.
In session, we slow things down enough to tell the difference between fear, habit, and what you actually want. I ask direct questions, share what I notice, and help turn insight into choices you can use outside the room.
I will tell you plainly what I see, and you can disagree. You do not have to perform progress or arrive with the right answer.
You are not starting from zero.
You already notice what feels off. You see the pattern. You know when you are overthinking, carrying too much, or leaving yourself out.
Therapy can help you trust what you know, make clearer choices, and respond differently when the same pattern shows up again.

I'm Tina. Outside of work, I hike, make music, and usually end up near the ocean. I value honesty, curiosity, and conversations that do not have to sound polished to matter.
My clinical experience includes helping adults work through anxiety, ADHD, relationship patterns, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and major life changes. I use a relational, neurodiversity-affirming approach and pay close attention to the patterns that keep repeating.
You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, or wait for certainty that never quite arrives.
A shift in tone or distance can take up the whole day, even when another explanation might exist.
Feelings arrive fast, and it can be hard to think clearly, say what you mean, or know what you need.
You know the task, and starting it, switching to it, or finishing it is another story.
You read other people’s needs quickly, but speaking up or disappointing someone feels risky.
You look fine on the outside, but inside you are tired, scattered, or running on fumes.
You can start with a practical question or ask about a free 15-minute consultation.
Yes. Text to request a free 15-minute consultation. You can ask a practical question, hear how scheduling works, and see if the fit feels right before a full intake.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes.
The first session is mostly getting oriented. We talk about what brought you in, what you hope might be different, and any practical questions about scheduling. You do not need your whole history in one sitting, and you are also deciding whether this feels like a place where you can think out loud.
Services are provided through Stonebridge Counseling, which handles insurance verification, billing, and coverage questions before scheduling.
