Trauma Therapy

Trauma does not always look like a single dramatic event. It can show up as bracing before you know why, difficulty trusting your own memory, or feeling on edge in settings that look safe from the outside.

Many adults still carry responses learned when something felt unpredictable: scanning, people-pleasing, shutting down, or staying busy so feelings do not catch up. Therapy offers a paced place to understand those responses without forcing a story before you are ready.

I provide virtual trauma-informed therapy for adults throughout California. This page is educational and does not describe specialized trauma treatment modalities.
