Depression is not always visible from the outside. You may still show up, respond to messages, and get through the day while feeling flat, heavy, or strangely disconnected from your own life.
Sometimes it looks like losing interest in things that used to matter, or feeling tired in a way that sleep does not fix. Therapy can help you understand what has shifted and what might support you now.
