Anxiety vs intuition
How to tell the difference between anxious worry and a genuine inner signal, and why both can feel convincing.
Anxiety and intuition can both show up as a strong pull, a sense that something is wrong, that you should act, or that you need more information before you can relax.
Anxiety often speaks in urgency and repetition. It wants certainty now, offers catastrophic possibilities, and rarely feels satisfied by new evidence.
Intuition tends to be quieter and more stable. It may not have a perfect explanation attached, but it usually does not require hours of mental rehearsal to justify itself.
Therapy can help you slow down enough to notice which voice is speaking, what each one is protecting, and how to trust yourself without dismissing real signals or feeding every worry.
